| Our guarantee is very simple. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (3) three days of delivery. If your veterinarian feels the puppy has any physical problems that would be considered life threatening, Boyd's Bullies will replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value. In the event there are not puppies of equal value available, you will have the option of paying the difference in the price of the puppies available or waiting for the next litter whelped with puppies of equal value. To qualify for a replacement puppy you must return your puppy to Boyd's Bullies within (7) seven days of purchase at buyers expense. Boyd's Bullies will also need a signed statement from the veterinarian providing date of examination and explanation of the health issues for his opinion. Boyd's Bullies reserves the right of a second opinion before issuing any replacement puppy. There will be no refund of shipping charges, veterinarian charges, or other charges accumulated during the time before returning the puppy. The guarantee does not apply to Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Hip or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry Eye, Vira, or any Bacterial Infections due to there being too many reasons why some of these problems occur other than heredity. The English Bulldog puppy has a 3 year health guarantee. Should the puppy die from a birth defect in the first year from the time of purchase, Boyd's Bullies will replace the puppy with a puppy of equal value. If a puppy of greater value is selected, buyer will be responsible for the difference in cost and all shipping or delivery cost. To qualify for the guarantee, you must keep your puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The puppy must have had all vaccines, regular worming, and other treatments recommended for the breed and this puppy by your veterinarian. You must be able supply proof of all the above requirements up on request General Terms and Conditions do apply. Failure to have the puppy examined withing the first three (3) days of delivery VOIDS all guarantees. If the puppy is bred in the first years it will VOID all guarantees. The guarantee will VOID with the first breeding, planned or not. If proper documentations are not provided by a licensed veterinarian will VOID all guarantees. If there are documented cases of abuse or neglect during the first year it will VOID all guarantees. NOTE: There is no guarantee the puppy can be shown or bred. There is no guarantee on the color, size, or confirmation of the puppy now or in adulthood.
